About Me
Marketing and operations professional with a background in campaigns, content, and the systems that make both work.
My Story
Marketing caught my attention early. I took the harder electives in college because I genuinely wanted to understand it, not just get through the degree. My career has followed the same pattern: I've consistently found ways to do marketing and communications work regardless of what my title said. That's taken me from running all the digital marketing for a retail brand to stepping up for major campaigns and events at YWCA of the City of New York. I'm now looking for the role where that work is the whole job.
I went to Baruch for marketing, though I took my time getting there. I was working while in school and changed programs along the way. But I didn't coast through it. I took the branding, social media, and digital marketing courses because I actually wanted to absorb them. I asked questions that pushed the lecture forward. I was paying attention.
My first real marketing role was at HempWerks, a retail CBD brand where I ran all the digital marketing solo. I built their social presence from scratch, grew it to 1,500 followers, and drove foot traffic through weekly promotional content and paid Meta campaigns.
After that I spent a few years contracting through Beacon Hill across different organizations, including a placement at Perella Weinberg Partners. A different environment entirely, but one that sharpened my attention to detail and my ability to adapt fast.
When I applied to YWCA of the City of New York, I applied for the communications role. I narrowly missed out, but they liked me enough in the interview to bring me on in an administrative capacity. I spent the next two and a half years proving the instinct right. When the communications team needed coverage I filled in. When SALUTE, our annual fundraising campaign, ramped up I was in the room and helped support $300K+ in annual fundraising operations. When Girls Symposium needed coordination I was part of it. I also built an internal AI-assisted knowledge tool that cut manual effort across the team.
It wasn't always my official job. But it was consistently my work.
